Zara Najam, Personal Injury Attorney
Zara Najam represents clients in personal injury cases, including product liability, premises liability, medical negligence, consumer protection and breach of contract cases. She also represents clients in vaccine-related injury cases involving the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
Ms. Najam graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008 and Baylor Law School in 2012. In law school, she was in the Order of the Barristers and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and was recognized as a Public Interest Scholar for her volunteer work with the Court Appointed Special Advocates program. She also competed and won awards for oral arguments and written briefs in multiple moot court competitions.
Ms. Najam externed with the Honorable Jennifer Elrod of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit as well as with the Honorable Patricia Broderick of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
Ms. Najam was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2012, and she is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Federal Claims. She is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.
